They are called “Jellyfish,” but they are NOT a kind of fish! Some are even edible! But careful, they sting even when they are DEAD! They have no brains! Or hearts/a heart. A group of Jellyfish are called a “smack.”

They are made of a nor-bumpy, cylinder-shaped body and tentacles with tiny cells that sting. These creatures use their stinging tentacles to stun prey before eating. The jellyfish’s mouth is in it’s body!
