Sleep is Important Because…

Read this paragraph.

Bob watched a movie with his friends at midnight. The scary movie ended at 4 am. Bob had a hard time falling asleep, for the fact that memories of the scary movie popped into his head over and over again. He spilled his milk and didn’t eat his egg at breakfast. Bob forgot his water bottle for school and had to drink at the fountain, which was very crowded. He got pushed and failed the math test. While the other kids were playing joyfully under the bright, warm sun, Bob stared at the wall. In spelling class, Bob forgot how to spell “best”. He felt gloomy and tired at art time. He spilled the paint and his brush slid onto the floor. When he fed the pet fish, the can of fish food slid out of his grasp and fell to the floor, causing the fish food to spill. His teacher, who was outraged, gave Bob a time-out. When he returned, he hoped to have some free time, but it was over.

You see, even an hour of missing sleep can ruin a day. Sleep!!!
