If you want to see or make a house out of paper pop-up on paper, just follow these instructions below.
You will need:
A regular sheet of paper, a pair of scissors, a sharpened pencil, coloring supplies like pencil crayons, and a black fine liner (You don’t need a fine liner if you don’t want to use one).
Instructions
1: Fold the paper in half. 2: Cut two lines that are the same length on the “fold line”. 3: Unfold the paper and draw lines that connect to the edges of the cuts to make a rectangle. 4: Decorate the rectangle with only your pencil but you must add at least a door and window. 5: Tuck the 3-D rectangle in the leftover paper so if you fold the paper back, you should see a gap. 6: Fold the paper back again and cut two more lines that are smaller than the other two lines and the small lines should be just above of the big lines. The smaller lines also have to be the same length. 7: Unfold the paper and “untuck in” the top cut you made. Congrats because you have made a paper two-story house pop-up! 8: Make the background by decorating it with only your pencil (You don’t need to do this step if you don’t want to). 9: Color the whole paper with the colors you have. 10: Fine line the lines you drew with your pencil (You don’t need to do this step if you don’t have a fine liner). Congratulations because you have finished what you wanted to make!
