Sneak Peak! How to make a Turkey Sandwich

Have you ever wanted a turkey sandwich? Well, let me explain how to make one.

  1. Prepare your ingredients. This includes two slices of white bread, five slices of turkey meat, heapings of mayonnaise, a tablespoon of unsalted butter, 5 pieces of vegetables of your choice and thinly chopped cheese.
  2. Lay out the bread slices.
  3. Spread a very thin layer of mayonnaise. You want to scrape the layer, even enough to catch some crumbs. Don’t press down or the bread will lose its soft fluffy texture. By thin I mean very thin. Just enough to encase the molecules in mayonnaise atoms.
  4. You may even want to dig out little heaps of mayonnaise that have builded up in air pockets of your bread.
  5. Now cut the butter into 1/2 mm thick slices. Scatter them upon both mayonnaise-d bread slices.
  6. Add a slice of turkey on each one mayonnaise-d buttered bread slice and if the meat flaps out fold it back in. Do it again. Tip: On the 2nd piece tuck the flappy pieces back under the 1st piece.
  7. Add the last meat piece. and some vegetables, then the cheese.
  8. Firmly pat. But not too firmly. Like the pressure you would exert on a pencil when you doodle. (If you don’t doodle, go get a pencil and have a feel.)
  9. Slice in half. If you need to.
  10. Eet
