Ruby Chocolate

We know many kinds of pink foods, but have you ever heard of ruby chocolate? Ruby chocolate is a kind of chocolate first invented in 2017 by Barry Callebaut (a Belgian–Swiss cocoa company) and has natural pink color. Tasters have decided that it is slightly sweet and sour, and tastes like mixed berries, most commonly raspberries and strawberries. Ruby chocolate boasts of many fruits but is a bit tart and is similar to berry-flavored white chocolate, but not as “milky”. This chocolate is made from ruby cocoa beans that have been identified as the perfect ingredient for ruby chocolate.
