Just imagine it: You don&#8217;t have any muscles. Voluntary and involuntary muscles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voluntary<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Voluntary muscles are muscles that you can control, like your leg or your arm. They don&#8217;t move automatically. You probably never had your arm or leg move without you wanting to first. Imagine if you kept on moving your arms to grab random things- like a telephone, pig, or someone&#8217;s ear!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Involuntary<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Involuntary muscles are muscles that you can&#8217;t control, like the heart or lungs. Who ever had to tell their eyelids to blink?
